expondo was founded by Waldemar Moss & Piotr Stach in Germany’s capital Berlin.
At that time the warehouse was an ordinary apartment and sales amount on eBay was very small.
All the two founders had was a passion for products and a vision to distribute outstanding products for SMEs.
The Founders.
In 2011, expondo opened its first official office in Berlin with attached storage space.
The rapid growth of the company now provided the basis for the following steps. Waldemar Moss and Piotr Stach decided to open their first office in the German capital Berlin.
Over the next few years, 50 jobs were created in Berlin and more than 70 in Poland. The foundation for further success was laid.

Just a few years later, expondo opened a large warehouse and distribution centre in Zielona Gora.
expondo’s warehouse is located not far from the small Polish town of Zielona Gora near the German-Polish border.
An excellent opportunity to efficiently manage and ship products has been created on around 30,000 sqm. The almost fully automated storage system guarantees precision and optimal processes.

In our data-driven world, it is important to be aware of market changes quickly and to be able to react adequately. For this purpose, a TechHub was founded in the Polish capital in 2018. In addition to product experts and category managers, our BI department is located here.

Shaping the future – Branding and design starting point.
Kirill Singer, in the role of creative director is working for expondo from the very first day. Back then, the team consisted of only 4 employees. Kirill was already preparing the first designs and layouts for our brands, such as user manuals and packaging. At this early stage, actions were taking place on adjusting creatively the first products. Furthermore, with his creative mindset he created all our brands and contributed this way to build a unique product portfolio.
